On the 26th of September will launch the second phase of Microelectronics Olympiad
The participants of the olimpiad are students from higher education institutions and also specialists in the sphere of microelectronics.
Three categories of prizes are set: I category - Notebook (1 prize), II category - 300000 AMD (2 prizes), III category - 150000 AMD (3 prizes).
An age limit till 30 years old was set for the participants, to achive the principal objectives of the First Armenian Microelectronics Olympiad: assistance of further development of microelectronics, finding young and talented specialists, widening the interest towards microelectronics among young specialists, finding out the level of knowledge in microelectronics among young specialists in order to make modifications in the educational programs.
The olimpiad was carried out in two phases. In the 1st phase the participants were to pass a test, composed of not too difficult questions. The second phase will be competitive, the participants will give their individual solutions to the given problems.
